Select this if you would be using employee time off management features(employee time off request,
approvals, accruals etc.). You can create various time off types eg. sick vacation, paid or unpaid
time off etc, accruals are done automatically based on your specified criteria.

Select this if you would be using employee shift management features(you can create shifts which
employees can request, you can accept or refuse employee shift requests in scheduling tools,
employees can swap shifts among themselves you can restrict based on employee roles and optionally
set approvals required for shift swaps etc.). If you do not select this, you can still use
scheduling tools to create employee shifts in the scheduling tools without pre-defined shifts.

Select this if you would be using site monitor tool, you can use this tool to monitor real time
employee clock in/out activities at each site with details if employee is behind/ontime or ahead
of schedule. You must either use clock in/out tool from GoToWorkspace.com or integrate your
employee time clock devices with GoToWorkspace.com.

Select this if you would be using web based employee clock in/out tool to capture employee punch
in and out at any site. You would not need to use it if you plan to integrate physical time clock
devices.
