		<title><![CDATA[Setting up new biometric time clocks.]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<ul>
	<li>Select Biometric Devices from the top menu or from workspace tools-&gt;Biometric devices.</li>
	<li>Click on "Setup new clock"  menu item.</li>
	<li>Make sure correct site is selected in "Select site" list of sites 
	available under your account. The time clock will be created for the 
	selected site.</li>
	<li>Enter the values in the form (1 row per fingerprint time clock). Following is the description of each entry:</li>
	<ul>
		<li>Clock Name: The clock name, you can assign any clock name that can help you identify the cloc (Eg. Shipping, Floor 2) etc.</li>
		<li>Password: This is the password of the time clock device (also 
		known as CommKey or security key, you would set it up in the device.)</li>
		<li>IP Address: This is the IP address of your time clock device. You 
		can leave this blank if you are using Verions 2.1 firmware in biometric 
		time clock devices.</li>
		<li>Mac Address: This is the MAC address of biometric time clock. Please use device screens to determine mac address.</li>
		<li>Serial #: This is the serial number of the device. Please use device screens to determine serial number.</li>
	</ul>
	<li>Click on Add clocks</li>
	<li>Once you add the clock please contact your account manager to ensure the clock is activated for the web services.</li>
	<li>Once your time clocks are activated, then only you should proceed 
	to transfer employees from GoToWorkspace.com to the time clock devices. </li>

		<title><![CDATA[How to create and maintain employees in biometric time clocks.]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>
Click on "Employee setup" menu item in biometric devices (Under workspace tools)
</p>
<p>
You can filter employees by site. 
</p>
<p>
You will see list of all employees currently on GoToWorkspace.com. Following is the significance of each field:
</p>
<p>
<u>INFORMATION:</u> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Employee: This is employee name</li>
	<li>PIN: This is employee PIN number, you can set it under employee information form.</li>
	<li>Status: Whether or not employee has been setup in any of the time clock devices. If the status is "not set" that means employee is not created in biometric devices, if status is "set" that means employee is created in one or more biometric devices.</li>
	<li>Biometric: Whether or not employee biometric is available at GoToWorkspace.com. To transfer employee fingerprint to GoToWorkspace.com, you must "read" employee from biometric time clock. </li>
	<li>Password: Employee password, leave blank if you do not want employee to use password to clock in/out</li>
	<li>Card: Employee RFID/Proximity card #.</li>
	<li>Privilege: What privleges do you want to give to your employee. Choose either Admin or User. <br />
	</li>
</ul>
<p>
<u>ACTION:</u>
</p>
<ul>
	<li> Read from device (select the device from which you want to read employee data back to GoToWorkspace server.</li>
	<li>Write to devices: Select the check mark if you want to write/transfer employee information/status from GoToWorkspace to the time clock device.</li>
	<li>Delete: Check this box if you want to delete employee from biometric devices.</li>
</ul>
<p>
Finally click process request button.
</p>
<p>
If you add/update/delete employee, it will automatically update all time clocks at employee assigned sites.
</p>
<p>
If you read employee from specific time clock, it will read from selected time clock and update all other time clocks at employee assigned sites.
</p>
<p>
To transfer employee information from one biometric clock to another biometric clock please use group transfer button.

		<title><![CDATA[How to create sites]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>
To create sites under your account from top menu select Account-&gt;Manage sites.
</p>
<p>
Click on &#39;Add new site&#39; button on the top.
</p>
<p>
You should be on site create form now. All fields marked <font color="#ff0000">* <font color="#000000">are required or mandatory fields.</font></font>
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Site Name: Your site name, eg. Doe Associates in San Francisco.</li>
	<li>Street Address1:  First address line of your business site.<br />
	</li>
	<li>Street Address2:  Second address line of your business site.    </li>
	<li>City:  City of the site<br />
	</li>
	<li>Zip Code: Zip code of the  site <br />
	</li>
	<li>State/Province: State of the site<br />
	</li>
	<li>Country:  Country of the site<br />
	</li>
	<li>Telephone Number: Telephone number, Please use format 510-211-1234     </li>
	<li>Fax Number: Fax number, Please use format 510-211-1234     </li>
	<li>URL:  Site website address. </li>
	<li>E-Mail:  Email address of the site where official emails related to site are delivered. </li>
	<li>Business Industry: Business industry for this site&#39;s business. This would help us deliver you industry specific news and updates that you would need to know. You must have selected news letter options in order to receive these updates from us. </li>
	<li>Franchisor: If your business has a franchisor, please select. This will help us serve you with your franchisor specific services and tools as well as news updates.</li>
</ul>

Please enter scheduling options if you want to customize your scheduling.  Following are the available options for scheduling:
<ol>
	<ul>
		<li>
		Schedule Slider Increment(minutes): Defines time increment in minutes
		by which time slider will move. Can be overridden in scheduling section
		by manually entering specific time value.</li>
		<li> Schedule start time: Defines default schedule start time for the day when you loginto scheduling for the site.</li>
		<li> Schedule end time:   Defines default schedule end time for the day when you loginto scheduling for the site.   </li>
		<li> Show confirmation messages:If this option is checked, it would ask you for confirmation before every delete operation.</li>
		<li>
		Send email to employees on publish: If this option is checked then
		employees who have been set up with valid email addresses will get
		schedule publish notification. They can login at GoToWorkspace and view
		the schedules.</li>
		<li> Schedule publish email prefix: You can
		write email body of the message that would be included in the employee
		schedule publish email to employees.</li>
		<li> Schedule Window:
		Defines what is the schedule window period in days. Everytime you
		loginto a site to create schedule, it will auto calculate the next
		schedule start and end dates based on schedule window.</li>
		<li>
		Schedule start date: What is your first schedule start date. Based on
		this date all future schedule start and end dates are calculated.</li>
		<li>Employees can clock in/out tool from anywhere: whether or not to allow
		all employees to clock in/out from anywhere they can access the tools.
		If you select this employees can launch and perform clock in/out from
		anywhere. If you do not select this then only employees with designated
		roles which have privilege to launch clock in/out can launch the tool
		on certain computer which can then be used by other employees to
		register clock in/out time.</li>

		<li>Employees can clock in/out tool from anywhere: whether or not to allow all employees to clock in/out from anywhere they can access the tools. If you select this employees can launch and perform clock in/out from anywhere. If you do not select this then only employees with designated roles which have privilege to launch clock in/out can launch the tool on certain computer which can then be used by other employees to register clock in/out time. </li>
	</ul>
